About Kerry Bass
Kerry L. Bass, CEO and founder of Potential To Reality Consulting LLC (PTRC), is a seasoned executive consultant with over 25 years of experience in leading and supporting organizational transformations and major changes across government, commercial, and non-profit sectors. Collaborating with Dr. Robert H. Miles of Corporate Transformation Resources, LLC, Kerry customized the Accelerated Corporate Transformation™ methodology for government organizations at PTRC. His diverse roles include Division Director for the Georgia Technology Authority, Asst. Director for the Georgia Division of Families and Children Services, and Senior Industry Leader at Unisys Corporation Government Solutions. Kerry is a practitioner of the Accelerated Corporate Transformation principles and has introduced them to executive leaders, including those at IBM Global Services. He serves as Chairman of the Center for Electoral Quality and Integrity, a member of the Center for Quality Standards, and a Leadership Council member of the ASQ Government Division. Kerry holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification, PMP certification from PMI, and various certifications from ASQ. Additionally, he is recognized by ASQ as a Designated Examiner for the ASQ/ANSI G1 2021 Standard and a PROSCI certified Organizational Change Management Practitioner.
