My Background - from Los Angeles, CA - based in Las Vegas NV, studied at Cal State University of
Dominguez Hills (BA in social behavioral science, minor in marketing and communications
2009-2014, top 25 recruiter in socal market for LegalShield 2011-2012, helped startup grow 100%
ogoing.com 2012, graduated college 2014, started as an account executive for Xerox 2014 to 2015,
business development manager for Revlocal 2015, 2017 I started developing SMSS.
My research started in 2013. I decided that we wanted to start our own agency and help small
businesses grow using social media organically for lead generation.
Through our studies we found out that by using social media in a very engaging and creative way,
you could build loyal fans and followers that translated into real relationships. From there we created
and developed systems and processes to be able to help small businesses track their interactions,
and KPI to see results in the bottom line and sustain these results to increase them year after year.
In our first 4 years without running ads or any promotions online we were able to profit over $500,000
in gross profits. We have serviced over 1600 plus small business owners and helped them improve
their businesses and lives. Our processes and strategies are backed by the science of social
behavior, the science of technology, and the science of sales on a trust-based approach
